The YH series metallurgical electric hoist is specifically engineered for lifting molten metal in metallurgical environments, serving as critical equipment in steelmaking, foundry, and casting operations. It offers a rated capacity of up to 2~3t. Maximum lifting height reaches 9~12m. The hoist is designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from –20 °C to +60 °C, making it suitable for harsh high-temperature workshop conditions.





The YH hoist is built upon a comprehensive safety upgrade over standard electric hoists. Key features include a dual-brake system (two independent braking devices) and dual limit switches for over-travel protection. A thermal baffle is installed to shield the hoist mechanism from radiant heat. The hoisting mechanism employs a twin-motor, twin-gearbox configuration: if one braking system fails, the other independently ensures reliable load holding, guaranteeing absolute safety when handling molten metal.
