The ship loader is a specialised machine for continuous bulk-loading of vessels at ports. It handles bulk materials such as coal, iron ore, grain, cement, limestone, coke, aggregates, and clay. Loading capacity 200~12000t. The loader is designed for large and medium-sized bulk terminals.

The ship loader consists of a boom belt conveyor, a telescopic loading chute, a slewing mechanism, a travel mechanism, and a gantry structure. The boom can be extended/retracted and luffed, while the loading chute telescopes to minimise the drop height and reduce dust generation. The entire machine travels along the wharf rails to cover multiple berths. Coordinated slewing and luffing motions provide full compartment coverage. Variable-rate feed allows precise control of the loading quantity.

High loading rate suited to large and medium bulk terminals.
Telescopic chute reduces drop height and dust emissions for environmental compliance.
Boom slewing + luffing provides complete coverage of every ship compartment.
Variable-rate feed for precise load-out quantity control.
Wide material range — coal, ore, grain, cement, limestone, and more.
Rail travel covers multiple berths for maximum operational flexibility.
