Product Overview
The multi-functional baking crane is a specialized crane equipped with a vacuum material conveying system, a dust removal and cooling system, and an anode carbon block clamp device. It serves as a dedicated process-line crane for the anode carbon block baking process, and is specifically designed as the operating equipment for anode baking furnaces.
Main Functions
1. Furnace loading – placing un-baked anode blocks (green blocks) into the baking furnace pits.
2. Filling – filling the gaps between the furnace walls and the anode blocks with granular coke from the storage bin, and covering the top layer.
3. Suction – extracting the filling material from the furnace into the storage hopper.
4. Furnace unloading – removing the baked anode blocks (baked blocks) from the furnace and transferring them to a conveyor belt or designated location.
5. Other auxiliary lifting operations – an auxiliary suction pipe is installed on the trolley for cleaning flues and removing dust; a 10-ton electric hoist is mounted on the bridge for handling burners and performing maintenance and repair work on the baking furnace.
Crane Configuration
The crane mainly consists of a tool trolley, bridge, traveling mechanism, electric hoist, and electrical control system. The tool trolley comprises a suction and discharge system, clamp device, trolley frame, trolley traveling mechanism, and operator’s cab.
