This batch of cranes is equipped with millimeter-level 3D positioning, intelligent anti‑sway, and flexible intelligent spreaders. They enable fully unattended operation and coordinated multi‑crane movement, significantly improving efficiency. The unmanned operation eliminates risks associated with high‑hazard tasks, ensuring intrinsic safety. The system also achieves digital full‑chain control, with precise inventory and hassle‑free traceability. The cranes are supported by intelligent predictive maintenance and operation, resulting in low equipment failure rates and stable performance. During this A‑inspection, the expert panel meticulously reviewed the complete set of documentation, including self‑inspection records, material test reports, and non‑destructive testing reports, and also carried out a live power‑on trial of the cranes. All test items met the requirements of both the A‑inspection outline and national standards. The company’s quality control system and product quality were highly praised.
