LX Type Electric Single Girder Underslung Crane

01 Product Description

The LX crane adopts a suspended design, with its main girder directly suspended beneath the lower flange of the runway I‑beam. This configuration eliminates the need for a separate crane runway girder, saving overhead space and simplifying installation. The hoisting mechanism uses CD1 or MD1 wire rope electric hoists, which are well‑proven for light‑duty lifting and traversing operations. The crane travel mechanism is separately driven by conical brake motors, ensuring reliable braking and smooth acceleration. For enhanced safety, the crane is equipped with both upper limit switches (to prevent over‑hoisting) and end limit switches (to prevent over‑travel). Its lightweight design not only reduces the dead load on supporting structures but also makes the crane easier to install and maintain. Standard performance parameters include capacities from 0.5 to 10 tonnes, spans from 3 to 22.5 metres, and duty classes A3 to A5. The crane operates within a temperature range of –20 ℃ to +40 ℃, and is primarily used in workshops, warehouses, and similar indoor environments with fixed span distances.
