LDP is a low‑headroom, light‑duty single girder crane (offset type) with the hoist on one side to increase hook space, lower building height, and cut costs. It features a large wheel base, compact construction, smooth and safe operation, complies with GB/T 3811‑2008 and JB/T 1306‑2008, and is compatible with CD/MD hoists. Suitable for workshops with limited headroom at –25 ℃ to +40 ℃; non‑standard designs available on request.
The LDP crane adopts an offset trolley arrangement, with the hoist mounted on one side of the box‑section main girder. This configuration maximises the effective hook space and allows a reduced overhead clearance, making it ideal for low‑headroom buildings. The crane has a large wheel base, ensuring stable and smooth travelling even at higher speeds. Its main technical parameters include rated loads from 3 t to 10 t, spans from 7.5 m to 22.5 m, duty classes A3–A4, and standard lifting heights of 6 m to 12 m. The hoisting mechanism uses well‑proven CD and MD type wire rope electric hoists, offering reliable lifting and traversing performance. Standard control is floor‑based, with options of pendant, wireless remote, or a combination of both. The crane is built to Chinese national and industry standards (GB/T 3811‑2008 and JB/T 1306‑2008), ensuring quality and safety. For specific site requirements, customised non‑standard designs can be supplied.
