The BZZ-HZ heavy slewing jib crane was developed by Shidai Cranes for demanding industrial lifting tasks that fall outside the economical range of overhead travelling cranes and gantry cranes. It combines a large load capacity of up to 16,000 kg with a broad load range and working radii of up to 12 m, so one crane can serve a complete circular working area precisely and independently. The compact structure keeps the crane footprint small while the full 360° slewing ensures complete coverage around the pillar.

Operation and maintenance are both easy. The crane can be controlled from a push-button panel or by wireless remote control, letting the operator keep the best view of the load at all times. Precise positioning is possible even with maximum loads, and the hoist travelling distance along the jib is maximised to make every lift efficient. Typical applications include metallurgy and steel service centres, shipbuilding and heavy equipment manufacturing, large fabrication shops and heavy assembly positions, as well as machinery manufacturing, automobile and vehicle manufacturing and port logistics.
