The CD and MD series wire rope electric hoist is a compact lifting device designed for mounting on single-girder, bridge, gantry, and jib cranes. With minor modifications, it can also serve as a winch. Manufactured in compliance with JB/T9008.1–JB/T9008.6. It offers a rated capacity range of 0.5~1t. Standard lifting heights reach up to 6~9~12m. The hoist is widely deployed in factories, mines, ports, warehouses, cargo yards, and workshops, playing an essential role in boosting operational efficiency and improving working conditions.
The CD model operates at a single hoisting speed suitable for routine lifting tasks. The MD model provides dual speeds — normal and creep — enabling precise load positioning for applications such as moulding box assembly, machine tool maintenance, and delicate loading/unloading operations. The hoist assembly comprises a lifting mechanism, cross-travel drive, electrical control system, and steel structure. The hoisting motor is a conical-rotor brake induction motor featuring automatic braking upon power loss for enhanced safety.
