The bridge-type grab ship unloader is a specialised continuous ship-discharging machine for bulk cargo at ports. It unloads bulk materials such as coal, iron ore, and cement clinker from vessels onto the wharf conveyor system. Unloading capacity 200~12000t. It is designed for large and medium-sized bulk cargo terminals.

The unloader uses a grab as the reclaiming device. Through the reciprocating motion of the trolley, material is grabbed from the ship's hold and transferred to a feed hopper, from which a belt conveyor system carries it to the stockyard. The trolley is driven by variable-frequency drives for high speed and accurate positioning. A dust suppression system minimises fugitive dust emissions during the unloading process. Operation is performed from an operator cab with excellent visibility of the hold.
High unloading rate suited to large and medium bulk terminals.
Variable-frequency trolley drive for high-speed, accurate positioning.
Integrated dust suppression system for environmental compliance.
Feed system provides seamless transfer to wharf belt conveyors.
Grab type can be selected to match specific material characteristics.
High degree of automation reduces manual labour in the hold.
